The Residence:

The former VOC warehouse built in 1655 has recently been renovated into a gorgeous residence boasting spacious, stylish rooms with a funky hip interior in natural style full of flora. From all floors of the 5 story canal house, you have a spectacular view over the Prinsengracht, one of the main canals registered as UNESCO heritage in the historic city center of Amsterdam.

Your Apartment:

The big luxurious self-catering apartment on the ground floor (75 square meters) has a private entrance and charms you with its original red brick walls filled with flowers and plants. The large living and dining room has French doors opening up to the canal. The adjacent stylish modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances (including gas stove, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine and water kettle for coffee and tea). The bathroom has a marble tiled shower and hair-dryer. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and lots of storage space in the built-in closet. Ideal for singles, friends, couples and business travelers.

On some occasions, you are also welcome to rent out the Captain's Suite on the third floor with shared living room and kitchen on the first floor, music studio on the second.

This is a quiet oasis yet super close to all the buzz. Within walking distance, you will find many public transportation points and major attractions such as Leidseplein, Vondelpark, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Concertgebouw, De 9 Straatjes, and Jordaan. No doubt the best and the most prime location in the heart of Amsterdam.

- 1-minute walk to Prinsengracht tram stop (2,11,12).

- 5-minute walk to Leidseplein, the major transit hub, for more tram and bus connections.

- 30 minutes to Schiphol Airport by taxi or train&tram.
